Job Opportunity

The Government of Punjab has launched the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), aimed at increasing access to quality health services, and economic and social inclusion programs among poor and vulnerable households in selected districts of Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing social sector development initiatives
  • Collaborating with government structures and operations
  • Designing and developing front-end user interfaces using Angular or React JS along with HTML5/CSS3
  • Analyzing and visualizing data including survey data analysis using Oracle, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and STATA
Requirements

Senior Program Manager:

  • Masters degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Public Finance, Operations Research & Supply Chain, Administrative Sciences, MIS, Financial Management, Project Management, Public Policy, Social Policy, Economics, Public Administration, MBBS, Engineering, or a related discipline from any HEC-recognized university
  • At least 10 years of documentary verifiable experience in planning and implementing social sector development programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant certification training shall be accorded due weightage

Software Engineer:

  • Masters degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
  • At least 6 years of documentary verifiable experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years of working experience with SQL Server database design, stored procedures, triggers, reports, backups, and migrations

Data Analyst:

  • Masters degree in statistics, computer sciences, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of documentary verifiable experience in data cleansing and preparation, analyzing and visualizing data, and reports and dashboards

Remuneration:

  • Senior Program Manager: PKR 900,000/- per month approximately
  • Software Engineer: PKR 325,000/- per month approximately
  • Data Analyst: PKR 325,000/- per month approximately

Selection Process:

The selection will be made in accordance with the process of Selection of Individual Consultants in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
