Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our facilities management operations at Reko Diq site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Catering and Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily operations of catering and housekeeping services at all facilities on the site, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of facilities to ensure they remain safe and functional.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for catering, housekeeping, and repair services, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with contract terms.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet operational needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with department heads and employees to address facility-related issues and requests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any concerns or issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Facility Management Software: Proficiency in using facility management software and tools to manage operations and track performance metrics.
- Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including those related to facility management, safety, and environmental standards.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
