Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to assume the role of Learning & Development Specialist, tasked with crafting internal training programs that drive employee growth and development while fostering a robust learning culture within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive training initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps through collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for both internal and external training sessions, ensuring seamless execution
  • Develop engaging training materials, guides, and digital content as needed, incorporating best practices in adult learning principles
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback and analyzing performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and data within our Learning Management System (LMS), enabling informed decision-making
  • Support onboarding activities and facilitate continuous learning opportunities across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with a strong foundation in instructional design and training delivery
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR-related role, with a proven track record of success in training coordination and facilitation
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, Microsoft Office tools, and LMS platforms, with a strong command of these technologies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
