About the Job:

The Senior Business Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective data governance and strategic decision making. This individual will work closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that AI and data initiatives are executed on time and meet desired business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Supporting the development of strategies that align with business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Implementing data governance frameworks to ensure accurate and reliable data-driven decision making.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure the success of data and AI initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining balanced scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational success.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Establishing project governance frameworks to monitor the progress of AI and data initiatives and ensure they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for data and AI solutions.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for various operational teams to ensure alignment on business needs and AI integration.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of AI and data initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of experience in business operations, data management, or AI project governance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with business process management and performance tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
