We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our analytical quality systems, processes, and records in a dynamic environment. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing, directing, and providing leadership for the implementation and continuous improvement of these systems.

Responsibilities
  • Quality & Data Analysis – Oversee the QC team to produce precise, accurate, and timely test and calibration data. Maintain accurate quality records and monitor the Corn Refiner Association program check sample program for the facility. Ensure timely non-routine testing, including outside lab testing, and maintain reports.
  • Innovation & Development – Conduct Out of Specification investigations, maintain records, monitor OOS trends, and drive continuous improvements. Apply scientific methodology, root cause analysis, and statistical tools to support process improvements. Develop and review QC procedures periodically.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication – Work with operations and quality assurance to understand laboratory service demands. Ensure timely and proper product release based on sampling and testing. Keep SAP data updated and communicate trends to management. Effectively influence change through good communication.
  • Training & Development – Provide training and technical support to lab staff on analytical equipment and methodologies. Develop analytical skills of lab employees to ensure QC program compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's & Master's in Chemistry, Food Technology
  • 8 years' experience in Food or Pharma industry, with chemical laboratory expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills
