Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Operations Director to oversee our organization's information security operations and management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data security frameworks and technologies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of Security Operation Centres, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Mentor and guide teams in conducting IT Forensic Investigations and Incident Response activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, fostering a proactive approach to mitigating potential threats.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive information security training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to foster collaborative relationships, ensuring effective policy development and implementation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior positions in information security operations and management roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and international best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in IS Audits, such as CISA and CISM, are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
  • Good leadership qualities and the ability to handle a team of information security professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions.
