Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Android Developers to join our development team. Ideal candidates will have expertise in creating clean, well-structured code, writing scalable applications, and collaborating closely with product managers and designers to develop new and existing Vyro products for Android.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document new and existing Vyro products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to build new and current Vyro apps for Android.
  • Create robust and scalable applications using Domain-Driven Architecture and Clean Architecture principles.
  • Utilize expertise in MVVM or MVI architecture, Java, and Kotlin best practices to write maintainable code.
  • Integrate Firebase services such as Storage, Database, and Remote Config into Android applications.
  • Proficiently use Ktor, Coil, and other Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) libraries.
  • Develop modular workflows with a strong understanding of image processing techniques and proficient handling of Bitmaps in Android applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Android Application Development.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of Activity, Fragment, View, and Compose component lifecycles.
  • Expertise in utilizing Gradle build system, including custom plugins and tasks to optimize the build process.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for Android applications, ensuring smooth integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Practical expertise in native programming using the NDK (Native Development Kit) to optimize performance and leverage native code when necessary.
