Key Objectives

  • We are seeking an Automation Specialist to map key pain points by interviewing team members and identifying high-impact processes suitable for automation.
  • The successful candidate will develop, test, and deploy n8n workflows for use cases such as influencer sourcing and automated reporting dashboards.
  • This role involves integrating tools using APIs and webhooks, including Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, and Klaviyo.
  • The specialist will monitor and refine automation flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • A strong focus on documentation and training is essential, with a requirement to create SOPs and Loom walkthroughs for non-technical teammates.
  • The ideal candidate will also track the return on investment (ROI) by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue generated by each automation.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experience building workflow automations with n8n is required, with additional benefits if you have experience with Zapier/Make.com.
  • You should have a solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Excellent English communication skills are necessary to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • A self-starter mindset and bias for action, with the ability to work asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time, is highly desirable.
