Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and control multiple projects within the team.
    • Manage projects across their entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, and cross-functional involvement.
    • Develop aggressive schedules that align with fast-paced timelines, while maintaining flexibility to adapt as needed.
    • Approach each milestone and task as a standalone project.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Project Framework and SDLC principles.
    • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and marketing teams to ensure clear visibility into and accountability for upcoming milestones and deliverables.
    • Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously for different marketing team leads.
    • Lead meetings and calls with clear agendas, action items, follow-up notes, and issue tracking.
    • Mitigate risks within project scopes, escalating and driving resolution with the team as needed.
    • Facilitate SCRUM meetings, ensuring desired agendas are achieved by the end of the meeting.
    • Schedule sprints, select tasks from OKRs based on priority, and assign them to sprints.
    • Proactively identify hindrances and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Adhere to a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks.
    • Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned.
    • Plan and schedule calendars with minimal consultation, resolving calendaring conflicts.
    • Demonstrate drive and tenacity, delivering multiple projects against competing deadlines.
