We are seeking an experienced MySQL Database Developer & RESTful API Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MySQL databases and RESTful APIs, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and implementation of MySQL databases to support application functionality.
  • Optimization of database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
  • Regular backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Testing and verification of successful database operations to prevent errors and issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of database-related problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Development and maintenance of RESTful APIs to power our applications and services.
  • Optimization of APIs for performance, scalability, and security to meet business needs.
  • Integration of third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of API-related issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless operation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and MySQL database development and operations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C++.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
