  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and timely
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant industry influencers
  • Develop and manage influencer outreach campaigns, including negotiations, contracts, and content planning

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our audience across all platforms.

This position requires strong communication skills, excellent English speaking and writing abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include:

  3. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels
  4. Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and effective
  5. Analyzing Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure ROI and inform future social media strategies
  6. Engaging with Followers and Responding to Comments: Respond promptly to followers' comments and messages, ensuring a positive and engaging experience across all social media platforms
  7. Building Partnerships with Influencers and Brands: Identify and build relationships with relevant industry influencers and brands to expand our reach and credibility
  8. Executing Community Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement community engagement strategies that foster meaningful connections with our audience across all social media platforms
