Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and client development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals to attract new and existing clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Craft a strategic business development plan that balances financial growth with customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • IDentify potential clients and establish rapport through targeted outreach, leveraging industry insights and market research to inform your approach.
  • Negotiate B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to explore new opportunities, using persuasive communication skills to build trust and confidence.
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Analyze and interpret internal and external data to inform decision-making, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by clarifying agreements, emphasizing key terms, and resolving differences to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Eligibility Requirements

A Master's degree in Business Management or Strategic Marketing from a reputable institution is mandatory. Additionally, mastery of 3-5 years in business development with a proven track record of driving revenue, preferably within the real estate industry, is essential. Excellent communication and IT skills are also required.

Job Specifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as effective leadership skills and excellent teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
