As a highly skilled Automation Specialist, you will identify high-impact processes ripe for automation through interviews with team members across various departments.

  • Map pain points and interview team members to identify areas for automation.
  • Ship automations fast by building, testing, and deploying workflow solutions and custom scripts for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.
  • Integrate tools using APIs and webhooks, including Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Monitor and iterate by setting up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document and train by creating concise SOPs and walkthroughs for non-technical teammates.
  • Track ROI by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
Key Qualifications
