Fitness Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Sales and Recruitment Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting leads from social media campaigns into loyal clients.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage social media queries effectively and build rapport with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to inquiries from social media campaigns and other platforms.
- Engage with potential clients through calls and messages, turning leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversion results.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies and improve performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
- A self-motivated and target-driven individual.
- Ability to manage social media queries effectively and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Prior experience in sales, client management, or customer service (preferred).
- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness programs (advantageous but not essential).
The compensation package includes a basic salary of PKR 30,000 per month, with an attractive commission structure.
