Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Results Driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Mozack. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and opportunities through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new sales leads and opportunities by leveraging digital platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Upwork, Bark, and X (formerly Twitter).
  2. Present suitable products or services to potential clients and achieve a minimum sales target of $4,000 to $6,000 in monthly sales.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  4. Follow up on cold data and potential leads through phone calls, online communication, and CRM systems.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in CRM systems.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively pitch and position products.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on online platforms.
  2. Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies and lead-generation techniques.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
