Financial Leadership Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

About the Job
This is a key leadership position that reports directly to our senior management team. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, and risk management. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Regional CFO and Country CEO to identify and address financial risks and opportunities
- Supervise Country Controller to ensure timely financial reporting and analysis
- Support Regional Credit and Market Risk for any reference required for local banks or counterparties
- Oversee monthly closing and reporting activity and supervise yearly standalone audit of the entity
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activity for the country
- Manage balance sheet of the company, including daily changes in position of the platforms
- Act as entity contact point for Regional Legal, Internal Audit, and Compliance

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience of analyzing complex balance sheets and international working exposure/multinational experience
