Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead our team in designing, developing and deploying advanced AI models and features. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our AI-driven products and driving innovation.

Your primary focus will be on leading the development and optimization of our NLP-centric knowledge discovery tool. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers and engineers, to understand user needs and translate them into robust AI solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop advanced AI models and features that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead the technical roadmap for AI, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and business goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in NLP and knowledge discovery algorithms and frameworks.
  • Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with AI/ML development tools and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
