Job Title: Carbide Fabricator

As a skilled welder, you will be responsible for applying carbide overlays on tools, machinery, and equipment to enhance their wear resistance and durability.

About the Role:
  • You will perform tungsten carbide welding using specialized techniques such as oxy-fuel welding or electric arc processes.
  • Your work will involve working with various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welding in 6G position (fixed pipe welding) using techniques like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, or FCAW.
  2. Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure precise application.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
