The Job Description:

  • Drive business growth by analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm with clients and internal teams to define problems and opportunities.
  • Translate business problems into analytical challenges.
  • Identify and gather relevant data requirements for solving analytical problems.
  • Solve complex analytical problems using mathematical, statistical, and AI concepts.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance artifacts to communicate solutions to clients, such as dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage day-to-day project deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop algorithms based on problem statements and domain areas, designing and implementing new optimization, recommendation, attribution, and real-time consumer analytics.
  • Establish mathematical models to represent specific business functions or consumer behavior.
  • Integrate algorithms into our data science framework.
  • Support and enhance a marketing performance analytics automation platform, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Create proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies.
  • Influence design and architecture principles for new technology products.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in data science and statistical modeling.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with Keras/TensorFlow deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Python and basic understanding of linear and non-linear optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Azure/ AWS knowledge is not required but plus if you have it.
