Senior Architectural Lead

We seek an experienced Senior Architectural Lead to oversee all aspects of architectural design from concept development to project completion.

  • Lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in construction.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts during the design or construction phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to improve processes and deliver high-quality designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in completing complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
