Our esteemed organization seeks a highly skilled and charismatic individual to assume the role of Lead Cabin Crew. As the airline's ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting a positive corporate image and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure punctual attendance, impeccable grooming, and adherence to flight regulations.
  • Provide clear instructions on safety procedures to passengers.
  • Identify potential safety and security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Administer first aid to passengers in need.
  • Notify supervisors of any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Assist with boarding formalities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to maximizing onboard revenue and charity services.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
  • Perform pre-flight checks and report any deficiencies.
  • Maintain the aircraft cabin in pristine condition at transit stations.
  • Conduct post-flight briefings and assessment reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum Age: 18 years.
  • Maximum Age:
  • Cabin Crew: 28 Years.
  • Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years.
  • Attested SSC/O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
  • Attested HSC/A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation.
  • Valid CNIC & Passport.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
  • Weight: Proportionate to Age and Height.
  • Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
