**Job Title:** Banking and Financial Services Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing banking applications, including internet banking, mobile banking, CRM, and loan origination.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of banking applications.
  2. Analyze test results to identify defects and recommend solutions for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality assurance processes.
  4. Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
  5. Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 5 years of experience in testing banking applications, including internet banking, mobile banking, CRM, and loan origination.
  2. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks.
  2. Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools.
  3. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
