Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in generating sales leads.

This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who can identify and develop new business prospects through various channels, utilizing exceptional communication skills to build rapport with decision-makers and possess a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone and email to introduce our solution/services and identify suitable buyers within targeted companies.
  • Follow up on leads to obtain referrals and identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct needs analyses to determine prospects' pain points and determine how our solution/services will address those needs.
  • Document all actions and emails through notes in our CRM system.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through to our sales funnel.
