Digital Marketing Professional Wanted

Job Description:

  1. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to build, execute, and optimize the digital marketing funnel across platforms and verticals.
  2. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team contributing to digital marketing campaigns and assist them in achieving lofty profit goals.
  3. This role involves actively testing and analyzing targeting criteria, ad creatives, and landing pages to drive results in line with the client's goals.
  4. The individual will develop email marketing campaigns that drive campaign objectives and optimize based on relevant KPIs for the clients.
  5. Performance results and strategy recommendations will be communicated to management.
  6. The ideal candidate will identify and maximize new opportunities for campaign growth.
  7. They should think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social and search.
  2. Agency experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  3. A strong working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and Suite, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
  4. Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  5. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and good judgment.
  6. A good understanding of paid media, social media, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
  7. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem-solve.
  8. Strong communication skills in oral and written form and ability to explain in a simplified yet concise manner for stakeholders.
