We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Mechanical Service Advisor to assist in delivering exceptional service experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a main car dealership and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and provide clear communication regarding vehicle issues and service requests.
  • Accurately document vehicle problems and required repairs, as well as provide customers with estimates of service costs and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the mechanical team, ensuring all necessary repairs are completed.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
  • Conduct post-service final checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Offer additional services and products as needed to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Advisor in a main car dealership, preferably with Honda or other well-known automotive brands.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Basic knowledge in using computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
