Email Marketing Specialist

Our organization seeks a proactive and dedicated email marketing specialist to execute the email component of electronic direct mail campaigns. This role involves approaching prospective clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings to drive sales.

  1. Execute electronic direct mail campaigns, focusing on sending targeted emails to prospective clients.
  2. Identify and engage with prospective clients via personalized content, building relationships and trust.
  3. Monitor and manage email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  4. Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  5. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  6. Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Experience in email marketing or a related field, preferably with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales processes, enabling effective campaign execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, delivering results with minimal supervision and demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
