As a seasoned administrator, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies to manage an organization's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize administrative operations
  • Serve as a supervisor and manager of administrative staff
  • Create and implement systems to monitor business operations
  • Direct and oversee facilities management in a production setting facility
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless administrative operations
  • Design and implement inventory control systems for the inventory department
  • Support front desk management in handling visitors and clients
  • Assist the financial department in preparing budgets and reports
  • Organize records, files, and statements efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain company documentation
  • Route telephone calls to relevant personnel and clients
  • Edit and review company documents and customer reports
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Distribute business journals, presentations, transcriptions, and letters using standard formats
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Arrange travel documents and make travel arrangements
  • Analyze business data from various departments to prepare reports and presentations for management
