Research and Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as a Research and Insights Specialist. This role requires the ability to turn data into actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges in service-based industries.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of target markets to inform business development initiatives.
  • Analyze data from various primary and secondary sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to provide timely insights.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying market gaps and evaluating potential partnerships or ventures.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure that research outputs are well-documented and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on service-based research.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in designing and conducting surveys or other primary research methods.
  • Knowledge of specific service industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
