Academic Faculty Position

This is a Contractual Appointment for General Education.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced educators to join our Business Management department at a leading institution, for the upcoming semester.

Teaching Subjects/Areas

Candidates should have expertise in teaching Islamic Studies, Ideology and Constitution of Pakistan, or related subject areas.

Responsibilities
  1. Design engaging lectures, tutorials and assessments.
  2. Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes and exams.
  3. Foster a supportive learning environment encouraging critical thinking and discussion.
  4. Collaborate with department faculty to ensure curriculum consistency and quality.
  5. Stay updated on relevant trends, research and industry developments.
  6. Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters.
  7. Participate in departmental meetings, committees and events.
Qualifications
  1. New PhD Degree holders in Islamic Studies or Pakistan Studies.
  2. Demonstrated experience in effective teaching methodologies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Fluency in English.
  5. A passion for inspiring students and fostering their academic growth.
