Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven, highly organized individual to assist the supervisor in overseeing daily operations and tasks. This key member of our team will be responsible for managing team performance, providing regular feedback for improvement, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines, handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, recruiting and training new team members as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software. They will also have a proactive and self-motivated attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
