Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization strategies to drive website traffic and improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct keyword research: Guide content creation by conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to ensure that our online presence is optimized for relevant search terms.
  2. Optimize website content: Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines to improve ranking and drive organic traffic, increasing our online visibility and reach.
  3. Monitor and analyze SEO performance: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth to inform future strategy.
  4. Develop link-building strategies: Assist in developing and implementing link-building strategies to improve website authority and credibility, enhancing our online reputation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our website remains competitive and visible in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and cohesion in our online presence.
Requirements:

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices: Possess a solid grasp of search engine optimization fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics.

- Familiarity with SEO tools: Be familiar with industry-standard SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, to inform and optimize our SEO strategy.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment: Be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
