Master Animator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced animation director to lead our team in creating high-quality, visually stunning animations.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in animation direction, with a portfolio that showcases their expertise in storytelling and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the animation team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
2. Collaborate with writers and directors to develop compelling narratives and scripts.
3. Develop and refine storyboards to effectively communicate visual ideas and concepts.
4. Design, model, and animate 3D characters, environments, and assets using industry-standard software.
5. Execute texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering workflows to achieve polished results.
6. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to align project objectives and creative vision.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in animation direction, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling and visual effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Blender, and other industry-standard animation software.
• Strong understanding of storyboarding and the ability to translate concepts into visuals effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the animation team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
