
Learning Development Specialist

Motive empowers individuals to drive business success by managing participant records, providing structured reporting, and contributing to compliant learning programs.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing and refining reports, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration.
- Creating live sessions and uploading SCORM files.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.
- Generating standard and custom reports from the LMS to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness.
- Supporting the learning team with logistical aspects of training programs, including uploading e-learning courses, assigning participants to instructor-led training, and workshops.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Detail and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
