The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing and refining reports, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, enrollment, and system configuration.
  • Creating live sessions and uploading SCORM files.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the LMS via reporting and dashboard management.
  • Generating standard and custom reports from the LMS to track training completion, progress, and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the learning team with logistical aspects of training programs, including uploading e-learning courses, assigning participants to instructor-led training, and workshops.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR administrative role.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Detail and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
