Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and pressure handling skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

  • Electrical Network Maintenance: Ability to maintain and repair electrical networks, including LT & HT power and control panels.

  • Electrical Equipment Maintenance: Experience in maintaining various types of electrical equipment, including pumps & motors, lighting systems, and kitchen appliances.

  • Main Exchange Handling: Familiarity with main exchange handling systems, including Siemens 4000 and other related equipment.

  • Life Fitness & Star Track Machines: Knowledge of installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting life fitness & star track machines.

  • Chillers & AHU's: Understanding of maintaining chillers & AHU's to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Hot Water Tanks and Softener Plants: Ability to regularly inspect and maintain hot water tanks and softener plants.

  • Cable Decoder Systems and Music Systems: Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining cable decoder systems and music systems.

  • UPS and Installation: Knowledge of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPS systems.

  • Functions Arrangement: Ability to arrange functions, including electrical and other tasks, to ensure efficient operation.

  • Power Generators: Experience in repairing and maintaining power generators, including 275 KVA and 220 KVA units.

  • Building Elevators: Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintaining building elevators.

  • Lutron Lighting Systems and Building Lights & Golf Course Lighting: Knowledge of maintaining lutron lighting systems and building lights & golf course lighting.

  • Kitchen Equipment: Understanding of maintaining kitchen equipment to prevent any issues.

  • Purchase of Goods: Ability to purchase goods for the engineering department to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

  • All Types of Building Maintenance Work: Experience in handling all types of building maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, paint work, welding, swimming pool, HVAC/Generator staff, electronic/electrical/kitchen equipment.
