Customer Sales Representatives

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. They will build strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
