About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Engagement Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that promotes our visa services and engages with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling social media content. They will be responsible for managing the social media content calendar, creating engaging content for various social media platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives.
  2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
  3. Manage the social media content calendar and create engaging content for social media platforms.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with social media platform policies and data privacy regulations.
  6. Identify and collaborate with influencers and travel bloggers to expand our reach and enhance credibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Online Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools.
  • Understanding of social media advertising platforms and experience in running targeted ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to track social media metrics and draw insights to optimize performance.
  • Ability to engage with clients and followers in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
