Job Overview:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing a quality management system that aligns with ISO 9001 standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring operations/service consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Design and execute quality control processes, oversee their execution, and monitor performance.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
