As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our WooCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and engaging user experience, while collaborating with developers to develop custom features and functionalities as needed. Your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. E-commerce Platform Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the WooCommerce platform.
  • Configure and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to the e-commerce platform.
Customization and Development:
  • Implement and customize WooCommerce themes and plugins to enhance the functionality and appearance of the online store.
  • Collaborate with developers to create custom features and functionalities as needed.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Payment Gateway Integration:
  • Manage and integrate payment gateways to facilitate secure and efficient online transactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest payment technologies and implement improvements as necessary.
SEO Optimization:
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of products on search engines.
  • Optimize product pages, metadata, and other elements to improve search engine rankings.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the overall user experience of the online store.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for ongoing enhancements.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and implement best practices for data protection.
