Are you a sales conversion specialist looking for a challenge in digital marketing?

We are seeking an expert who can create and deliver digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive web purchase conversion and integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires the ability to focus on sales growth, plan and execute web, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analysis, and display advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Create innovative strategies to boost sales volume.
  • Develop and implement experiments and conversion tests to measure their impact.
  • Use analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Optimize user funnels by identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points.
  • Design and build our social media presence to engage with target audiences.
  • Brainstorm new ideas for growth through digital marketing and explore online marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers and content specialists to effectively communicate company messaging.
  • Analyze data from website and marketing analytics tools to inform decisions.

This is a key role in driving aggressive sales growth through effective digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative skills, as well as experience in managing e-commerce marketing budgets.

Requirements
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ad serving tools and Facebook/TikTok/Instagram campaigns.
  • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
