Quality Assurance Professional in Software Testing

We are seeking a skilled SQA Engineer to join our team at RF Tech, where you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch software solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the highest quality in our software development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them to guarantee product excellence, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex issues and collaborating with developers.
  2. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently, using effective communication and problem-solving skills and a focus on quality assurance and a market-competitive salary package.
  3. Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to validate software quality, with a focus on automation and scripting and a strong understanding of database design and querying and knowledge of SQL and experience with API testing.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of new features and products, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork and a supportive and collaborative team that values your contributions and a market-competitive salary package.
  5. Act as a quality advocate within the team, ensuring quality assurance is integrated into every step of the development process, with a focus on continuous improvement and a fast-paced growth environment with opportunities for innovation and experimentation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a focus on software quality assurance and proven experience in software quality assurance/testing (1+ years preferred) and a market-competitive salary package.
  2. Proficiency with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and other testing frameworks, with a strong understanding of automation and scripting and a focus on continuous integration and delivery and knowledge of SQL and experience with API testing and a market-competitive salary package.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions and a focus on quality assurance and a market-competitive salary package and excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
  4. Experience with automated testing tools and processes, with a focus on continuous integration and delivery and a strong understanding of database design and querying and a market-competitive salary package and knowledge of SQL and experience with API testing.
