This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving operational excellence and market competitiveness from the ground up. As a Sales Performance Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing structured sales training programs to boost field sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales training programs to enhance field sales performance.
- Apply the Features–Advantages–Benefits–Evidence model to simplify product specifications and communicate value to customers.
- Identify inefficiencies in store operations and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze competitors, market dynamics, and retail trends to extract data-driven insights and recommend growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English for coordination with colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales track record: Top sales performer for at least 5 consecutive months in the past year (preferably in home appliances, mobile phones, EVs, motorcycles, or automotive sectors).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and performance metrics.
