Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a data entry role at Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective coordination with supervisors and team leaders for timely information collection and dissemination, managing documentation and processing related to Postgraduate Medical Training, overseeing House Job placement and related procedures, organizing the monthly CPC lecture schedule, coordinating elective rotations for Postgraduate Trainees, processing experience certificates for PGTs, handling auditorium bookings for academic and departmental events, preparing and submitting PGT arrival reports in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and timely submission of PGT attendance, and addressing complex queries, complaints, and issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless coordination with the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage and process data related to postgraduate medical training with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee house job placements and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate lectures and rotations to support postgraduate trainees.
  • Process experience certificates for postgraduate trainees in a timely manner.
  • Book and manage auditoriums for academic and departmental events.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Address complex queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience will be preferred.
