Horticulture Leader

We are seeking a talented Horticulture Leader to oversee the daily horticultural tasks in our exterior gardens and greenhouses. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high horticultural standards and practices.

Key responsibilities include managing plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all gardens, developing sustainable gardening practices and integrated pest management, and coordinating with Grounds and Buildings Manager on heating and cooling of greenhouses, irrigation systems, and maintenance of horticultural equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to organize and plan instructional classes, and passion for horticulture related topics.
