Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to lead our training programs across the network. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop curricula and assessments for training programs.
  • Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for staff.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Program teams to design competency-based assessments.
  • Revise training manuals and SOPs to align with national and international standards.
  • Coordinate academic and professional development initiatives with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BS-MLT)
  • Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role
