AI Automation Specialist Role Summary

Job Overview

This role entails developing workflow automations, leveraging REST APIs, and fostering strong English communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify automation opportunities and create high-impact workflows.
  • Design, test, and deploy n8n workflows and custom scripts to streamline processes.
  • Integrate tools using APIs and webhooks for seamless data exchange.
  • Analyze automation performance and refine flows based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Provide training and documentation for non-technical team members on new automations.
  • Track the ROI of each automation by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue generated.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Experience in building workflow automations, with a focus on n8n and proficiency in Zapier/Make.com.
  • In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with a bias towards action-oriented solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
  • Understanding of vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
  • Basic SQL and data visualization skills.
  • Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration expertise.
