About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Android Developer to lead the development of our mobile applications.

As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

  1. Main Responsibilities:">
  2. Lead the end-to-end development of Android applications, from concept and design to testing and deployment.">
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.">
  4. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.">
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.">
  6. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.">
  7. Identify and implement optimizations to enhance application speed, responsiveness, and user experience.">
  8. Integrate with external APIs and web services to fetch and display data within the application.">
  9. Ensure seamless and secure data communication between the app and backend services.">
  10. Demonstrate expertise in Kotlin programming language for Android development.">
  11. Lead the adoption of Kotlin best practices and coding standards within the team.">
  12. Identify and resolve ANR issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.">
  13. Implement robust crash handling mechanisms and contribute to continuous improvement.">
  14. Analyze and optimize the size of Android applications for improved performance and user satisfaction.">
  15. Implement strategies to reduce APK size without compromising functionality.">
  16. Customize and integrate third-party SDKs into Android applications, with a focus on AdMob and Facebook SDKs.">
  17. Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of third-party components.">
  18. Implement monitoring tools and analytics to track app performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.">
  19. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create compelling and intuitive user interfaces.">
  20. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application.">
  21. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development.">
  22. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the team's technical expertise.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in relevant field.

A strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and mobile application development is essential.

You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
