Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data security by implementing backup and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven experience in project management and budgeting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Gujrat (Preference for local candidates)
