Interior Design Consultant KDW

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Consultant KDW to provide expert design guidance and innovative solutions for clients' kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects.

  • A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers throughout each project stage, from initial site measurement to final installation.
  2. Create customized 3D designs based on customer profiling and present these effectively.
  3. Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  5. Visit customer sites at three stages: before designing the proposal, during installation, and after installation.
  6. Achieve sales targets and maintain the updated opportunity matrix.
  7. Process client quotations and orders according to approved terms.
  8. Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and revisions.
  9. Review quotations and drawings developed by the technical department and dispatch hard copies of orders to the factory.
  10. Manage display areas to ensure proper condition.
  11. Send regular progress reports to clients and architects every 15 days from project start to completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of market trends in interior design and furniture.
