Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical quality assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA cycles and processes, as well as excellent communication skills.

The quality assurance professional will be responsible for performing manual black box testing of iOS/Android games, analyzing games from user and developer perspectives, finding bugs, and reporting issues. They will also be responsible for documenting bugs with clear reproduction steps and identifying similar problems.

In addition, the quality assurance professional will maintain bugs in a database throughout their life cycle, collaborate with other teams, and own all or part of the testing effort on multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have a passion for gaming and testing, a solid grasp of QA cycles and processes, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to follow directions, work independently, and be persistent and patient.

Bonus points for experience using Xcode, Android/iOS devices, and knowledge of all We.R.Play games.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform manual black box testing of iOS/Android games
    • Analyze games from user and developer perspectives
    • Find bugs, report issues, and verify new features on assigned games with limited supervision
    • Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and identify similar problems
    • Maintain bugs in a database throughout their life cycle
    • Collaborate with other teams
    • Owning all or part of the testing effort on multiple projects simultaneously
