Marketing Campaign Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Assistant to help drive our marketing initiatives. This role will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various campaigns, enhancing our brand presence and engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the campaign manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Assist in creating campaign materials, including digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reports to track campaign progress and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
